At Three Bridges Psychology & Mediation, we provide culturally-sensitive therapy to the diverse communities in the Bay Area, and provide special services for families with active Family Court Cases.

We have two primary goals. First, we provide people with the tools they need to decrease and manage depression, anxiety, and the stress of life transitions. Second, we help demystify Family Court by guiding you through the emotional and sometimes tumultuous process of separation, divorce and child custody challenges.

OUR  MISSION

Provide culturally aware, compassionate, and effective mental health services to the communities we live in and beyond.

Janella Street, Psy.D. (she/her)

Clinical Director / Clinical & Forensic Psychologist

In 2018 I decided to turn my individual private practice into a diverse group practice. I wanted to ensure there was a place that provided compassionate, effective mental health treatment for adults, children and families, and offered specialized support for families going through the Family Court system.

Separation, divorce and child custody matters can be confusing and feel overwhelming. It’s important to know that you do not have to go through this process alone.

Our goal is to guide you through difficult times so you can move forward in a positive direction.

COVID-19 has required us to practice social distancing and refrain from closely connecting with others.

This has created an increased sense of loneliness and separateness. Even those partnered in relationships can feel alone in their efforts to navigate this difficult time.

Our online therapy services allow our therapists to connect with you and help you work through this time in a manner that leaves you feeling stronger and emotionally resourced for this unprecedented journey. We understand you may feel unsure about how to engage in effective therapy over a computer or phone.

Everyone deserves to have their voice heard. We are here to listen.
